Key Responsibilities:
Assist in themanagement and oversightof clinical trials across various therapeutic areas, includingophthalmology,neurology, andrare diseases.
SupportClinical Research Associates (CRAs)andRegulatory and Start-Up Specialists (RSU)with study documentation, site compliance, and study performance tracking.
Prepare, distribute, and archiveclinical trial documentationin line with standard operating procedures.
Assist in thepreparation and maintenanceof clinical trial supplies, site communications, and regulatory submissions.
Review study files forcompleteness and accuracy,



ensuring compliance with study protocols and good clinical practice (GCP).
What We're Looking For:
5+ yearsof experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) or similar role withinCROorpharmaceuticalenvironments.
Hands-on experience supportingglobal clinical project teamsand understanding of clinical trial operations.
Strong knowledge ofclinical trial systemslikeeTMFandVeeva Vault(or similar).
A background inophthalmology,neurology, orrare disease studiesis preferred but not essential.
Ability to workfull-timeon a12-month contract.
Must be able to workonsite in Milanat least3 days per week.
