Marketing Data Intern, you will support marketing performance analysis by evaluating campaign ROI, customer behavior, and A/B test results, while developing dashboards and actionable insights.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM, SEO/SEA strategies, and drive data-informed decision making.

We want you to:
Support the analysis of marketing campaigns ROI, identifying key drivers of performance and suggesting improvements.
Perform CRM segmentation to understand customer behavior and tailor marketing actions.
Contribute to the monitoring of A/B tests, analyzing results and providing actionable insights.
Develop dashboards and reports (Tableau/Power BI) to track KPIs and campaign performance.
Contribute to SEO and SEA performance analysis, optimizing keyword strategies, bids, and budget allocation.
Assess the impact of Google AI campaign formats (e.g. Performance Max, Demand Gen) and provide recommendations to balance efficiency with brand goals.
Analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and purchase patterns to optimize marketing strategies.
Monitor CRM KPIs: DEM performance, consent acceptance, loyalty rate,
repurchase rate,...
Provide insights on brand and product perception, comparing performance with competitors and highlighting strengths and improvement areas.
Collaborate with brand & communication, business strategy and sales teams, and when needed, with external research agencies, to ensure data-driven decision making.

Stay up to date on industry trends, innovative methodologies, and analytics tools to support continuous improvement.
What about you:
Bachelor or MSc or PhD level degree in a discipline such as computer science, machine learning, applied statistics, mathematics or engineering
Programming (focus on machine learning): Python (preferred), R
1 year of work experience in a similar role is preferred
Demonstrated attitude for analytics
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
Fluency in both Italian and English
