Just 20 km from Lake Como and less than 100 km from iconic climbs such as Stelvio, Gavia and Mortirolo, it’s an ideal location for those who love the outdoors and an active lifestyle. /ppbr/ppbThe Role /b /ppbr/ppWe are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic bB2B Customer Specialist /bto support our business development and customer relationships across Direct Countries. /ppbr/ppThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an international environment, building strong relationship with dealers and customers and supporting sales operations from order management through to after-sales service. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /ppbr/pulliManage customer and dealer requests via email and phone /liliAct as the main point of contact for operational and service-related topics /liliProcess and follow up on orders, warranty claims, returns and other customer inquiries /liliCoordinate with Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries /liliEnsure customer and sales information is accurately maintained in the ERP system /liliCoordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries /liliMonitor customer accounts,
collect feedback and track relevant KPIs /liliCollaborate with Sales teams to support dealer performance and satisfaction /liliSupport trade shows, dealer meetings, and other customer-facing events /liliMaintain a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and effective support to customers /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /ppbr/pulliPrevious experience in customer service, sales support or operations /liliFluent in English and French /liliItalian is preferred /liliGerman, Dutch or another European language is considered a plus /liliGood knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel /liliUnderstanding of sales processes, order management and logistics flows /liliStrong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills /liliStrong customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills /liliPassion for cycling and sports is a plus /li /ulpbr/ppWork Location: Talamona (SO) Italy /ppPackage: Gross Salary + Welfare /ppbr/ppAs part of our global team, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with talented and dedicated colleagues while developing and expanding your career.
