Translate HQ objectives into actionable plans, provide regular sales reporting and forecasts, and promote cross?selling across categories.Client Experience & ClientelingEnsure an excellent luxury client experience throughout the full journey—from first contact to after?sales follow?up.
Support the team in building client loyalty, maintain accurate CRM usage, and uphold the Ralph Lauren Home brand image.Store Operations & Brand StandardsMaintain store presentation, visual merchandising and product displays in line with luxury standards.
Oversee stock accuracy, inventory counts, product care, and store maintenance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.Team ManagementLead, motivate and develop the store team.
Organise induction, training, briefings and one?to?one meetings.
Foster a collaborative, high?performing culture and ensure effective staffing and coverage.Experience5–10 years of experience in luxury retail, luxury interiors, furniture, home décor, design or lifestyle brands.Previous store?management experience is required.Proven sales track record and strong commercial awareness.Experience working with private clients, interior designers and architects.Strong knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, textiles, and accessories (preferred).
Bachelor's degree preferred (Interior Design, Architecture, Design, Business or related field).
SkillsStrong sensitivity to luxury, interiors, aesthetics and client experience.Strong analytical skills and knowledge of retail KPIs.Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer?service orientation and clienteling mindset.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Responsibility, reliability and proactive attitude.Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus).
Excellent computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel and CRM tools.Job DetailsLocation: Milan (store?based).
