PositionSi candidi in fretta: consulti la descrizione completa scorrendo verso il basso per scoprire tutti i requisiti di questo ruolo.The Control Room Specialist follows the operations of container ships, ro-ro, rail (from gate in to gate out) by overseeing operational areas such as vessel, train, yard planning and management, berth and train window, etc.Purpose of the jobVessel / train scheduling managementYard management (movement planning, allocation, inventory)Transmitting operational instructions to operational departmentsCoordination between ship / train operations and the yardTimely communication and coordination between the yard, gate and external third parties (e.G., Port Authority, agencies, ships, pilots)Managing external traffic flows for ro-roManaging correspondence with external parties (agencies, customs, etc.)Managing documents (ro-ro, container, trains)Managing disembarkation / embarkation lists, ship and train lists, unit blocking or release noticesManaging requests for ancillary services (e.G.,
