Principali responsabilità For our Milan office, we are looking for a Director with experience in Investment Banking/M support for generating new mandates and growing the client portfolio of the Capital Advisors Team.
Production of advanced financial analyses, financial modeling (DCF, LBO, NAV), information memoranda, portfolio valuations and presentations for management; supervision and mentoring of junior team resources.
Structuring and management of Sale ability to translate quantitative output into clear strategic recommendations for the client and internal management.
Strong relational and commercial skills, results-oriented,
aptitude for working in multidisciplinary teams and ability to manage multiple processes in parallel in a dynamic and performance-oriented environment.
Excellent knowledge of English.
Excellent command of digital tools.
