The role bridges technical expertise with business development, ensuring proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with organizational goals.Key Responsabilities:Support our teams and customers throughout the entire cycle of a project with in-depth product & application knowledgeTechnical sales support from customer enquiry to quotation, during the order acquisition process, handover to fulfilment and follow up till final delivery, customer acceptance and handover to servicesProvide technical expertise to customers and sales teamAssessing and consolidating customer requirementsConfiguration and selection of assigned product groups based on application dataCosting and lead-time estimation of assigned product groupsProvide iterative support to sales team during tender phaseComprehensive orders hand-over to CoE functionsProvide iterative support to sales team and CoE functions during order processing phaseBackup support on non-assigned product groups or areasSupport to supplier selectionSupport for customer acceptance (FAT, SAT, O&M; Manual)Support to Service handover, claims and spare partsWhat we are looking for:High school degree required – Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or another related field is strongly desired2+ years as Technical Sales Engineer, proposal engineer, application engineer or similar, in B2B marketTools: Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Salesforce, OfficeElectrical or mechanical engineering backgroundItalian written and spoken is a plusUnderstanding of order management processKnowledge on B2B commerceFluent English written and spokenWhat we offerAnnual Salary: €35., depending on experience and qualifications.Permanent employment within a well-established and highly innovative multinational company.CCNL Metalmeccanico, including welfare benefits, supplementary healthcare, and pension fund.Up to 10 paid hours per year to attend medical appointments for yourself and your minor children.Professional development and continuous learning opportunities.Flexible working hours and lavoro da remoto policy.Company canteen and company free parking.Employee wellbeing initiatives and a collaborative working environment.Our commitmentAt Cavotec, we believe that innovation starts with people.
