This is not home health or in-home care; our CNAs work on-site in vibrant, hospitality-focused senior living environments, delivering personalized support to residents who value independence and dignity.
/ph3Position Summary /h3pAs a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential care and companionship to residents in a community-based setting, supporting their independence while assisting with daily activities as outlined in individualized care plans.
This role is ideal for CNAs who enjoy working in a structured, upscale environment with consistent access to residents and staff.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliFollow individualized care plans and document care provided /liliAssist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, toileting /liliSupport mobility and ambulation, including use of mechanical aids /liliAssist with meal delivery and feeding based on dietary needs /liliProvide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities /liliAccompany residents to on-site or off-site appointments and events /liliMonitor and report changes in condition to supervising staff /liliTake and record vital signs,
