For a dynamic and fast-growing company that is part of an international group in the healthcare sector with a complete portfolio of mobility and care solutions, look for an **STAGE -**PURCHASE & LOGISTICS INTERN
- Entry of purchase orders into the company ERP
- Entry and update of purchase price lists in the ERP
- Support with purchase order follow-up (order confirmation checks, lead time monitoring and any follow-ups, bookings and subsequent shipment tracking)
- Support in sending import documents and instructions to customs office
- Booking pickups via carriers’ portals (road transports)
- Coordination with the warehouse for the management of incoming goods
- Communication with suppliers and forwarders regarding any shipment issues
- Orders of stationery
- Updating reports in Excel **Required Skills**: - English language proficiency at B2 level
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Accuracy and strong organizational skills
