UNSW’s Education Focussed roles (EF) enable academics to specialise in education and devote their time to delivering high-quality teaching and pursuing initiatives to enhance the educational experience of our students. Those who are appointed to this prestigious specialisation will be expected to successfully drive educational excellence within the university’s teaching and learning communities. The role of Lecturer, Construction Management will lead the design, delivery and review of Construction Management courses at UNSW Built Environment. The role reports to the Discipline Director of Construction Management and Property and has no direct reports.
Tempo parziale (7 hours – 1 day a week)

We focus on the challenges of cities at every scale, from industrial designed products to the architectural design of buildings and landscapes, as well as urban and regional policy and planning. We interrogate global environmental challenges,



such as urban heat and urban health, as well as socio-economic inequality. We create high-performing built environments that contribute to tackling the climate crisis, while our human-centred design ethos responds to the needs of the individual as well as society and our cultural landscape.
Skills & Experience
A PhD in a related discipline, and/or relevant professional experience in construction industry
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining current industry knowledge and staying abreast of emerging trends, innovations, and best practices in construction management and building industry
Demonstrated experience engaging with professional bodies, and the broader industry, in relation to building industry (such as AIB, CIOB, AIQS, RICS, etc)
Demonstrated industry experience, including mentoring students and supporting cadetship and internship programs (desirable)
Experience of implementing education
