Overview

In this role you join Arcadis in Milan to support due diligence across real estate assets. You will conduct feasibility checks, document analysis, and site visits, acting as a reference for clients and colleagues. The role offers exposure to an international, diverse team with development opportunities in both technical and management skills. You will influence project decisions through rigorous assessment of documentation, costs, and contracts, contributing to sustainable, value-driven outcomes.

Responsabilità

- Verify authorization, cadastral, urban planning, and building documentation
- Perform site visits to assess condition, defects, and capital expenditure plan costs
- Assess property's maintenance status and tenancy/lease contracts
- Support client negotiations and draft purchase agreements with legal/tax/environmental teams
- Prepare checklists and Q analyze real estate development progress




- Evaluate construction contracts and incurred costs; verify SALs
- Certify work progress with cash flow updates

Requisiti fondamentali

- 3-5 years of due diligence experience in Real Estate or technical studios
- Bachelor's and master's degree preferably in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Fluent in Italian and English (B2/C1)
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Strong relationship-building and teamwork attitude; goal-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of drawing/design software (Autocad)
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
