Lynxeo in Italy is seeking a South European Business Developer to drive the Energy Transition & Shipbuilding segment across Southern Europe.

You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure, build strategic client relationships, and report on pipeline and performance against targets.

The role requires deep EPCs experience in Oil/Gas or Energy projects, strong negotiation xysqume skills, and the ability to work across sales, marketing and operations in a fast-growing international
