ph3Essential Duties and Responsibilities /h3olliManage and develop relationships with SEL customers and channel partners.
/liliUnderstand the true requirements and objectives of customers.
Determine, communicate and deliver the optimal SEL solution that best meets their needs.
/liliBuilding and maintain knowledge of all SEL products and teaching customers SEL technology and innovation.
/liliDevelop, maintain and deliver upon quarterly orders forecasts and sales goals.
/liliCollect, analyze and report industry, competitor and customer trends to the greater SEL organization.
/liliWork collaboratively to understand and drive the resolution of customer feedbacks and product issues.
/liliLiaise between customers, contracts risk, and accounts receivable to facilitate commercial relationships.
/liliUtilize business tools to maintain customer relationship information, opportunity tracking and sales activities.
/liliFollow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operation, and World-Class Manufacturing principles.

/li /olh3Required Qualifications /h3pB.S.
in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline (to qualify for Engineer title) or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in technical sales (to qualify for Professional title) /pp(In Canada: Qualifies for Professional title if no P.E. license)br/3 or more years of experience in an electrical engineering or technical sales environment /ppDemonstrated success working in a customer facing rolebr/Ability to travelbr/Effective and engaging communication skillsbr/Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilitiesbr/Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment /ppFluent in local language and business practicesbr/Background check results satisfactory to SELbr/Negative drug test result(s) /ph3Preferred Qualifications /h3pExperience using SEL products /ppUtility and Industrial industry experience /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
