4. Good communication skill.

5. Good Co-Ordinator between Client & Offshore team.

6. Client management skill

7. Good knowledge to read engineering drawing.

8. Expertise in documentation preparation. Able to work on MS Power Point, MS Word, and MS Excel seamlessly. Also, authoring technical reports and documents on CAD modelling.

9. Mechanical/Marine Engineers with Ship/Marine design experience
