In this role you will lead material planning within the Supply Chain, collaborating with Procurement, Quality and others to ensure supplier capability and delivery.
You will drive risk mitigation, audits, and improvements to keep operations aligned with Alstom's greener mobility mission.
The position is based in Vado Ligure, Italy, with a strong focus on cross-functional coordination and crisis response.
You will contribute to simplifying complex supply chains and improving supplier performance in a global context.

Responsabilità
Establish and coordinate action plans during major crises
Collaborate with Procurement for risk/impact management and delivery improvements
Ensure suppliers meet Alstom needs in capability and capacity




Audit processes and tools per Central Supply Chain standards (Light and Capacity Assessment, SharePoint reporting, dashboards)
Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions (Improvement and Safeguarding Plans)
Strengthen cooperation across Purchasing, Quality, and Supply Chain to manage underperforming suppliers (TOP RED/RED)
Requisiti fondamentali
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or a related field xlwpduy
Demonstrated experience in supplier relationship management
Strong leadership, rigor, responsiveness, analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent in Italian and good level of English (B2)
Willingness to travel (>50%)
Knowledge of an ERP system (ideally SAP)
