ppA leading engineering contractor is seeking an experienced bLead Electrical Engineer /b to join a permanent Data Centre project in Milan, Italy.

/p h3Position: Lead Electrical Engineer /h3 h3Employment: Permanent /h3 h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead electrical engineering activities from design development through construction, commissioning and handover.
/li liReview electrical designs, specifications and calculations, identifying design gaps, discrepancies and technical issues.
/li liCoordinate electrical design with BIM and construction teams to ensure solutions are practical and fully buildable.
/li liManage technical submittals, equipment approvals, procurement and supplier coordination.
/li liMonitor electrical installation progress and complete system walkdowns to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
/li liCoordinate specialist electrical vendors throughout testing and commissioning.
/li liPrepare and review test packs, FTOPs and OM documentation for final handover.
/li liProvide technical support to site teams and work closely with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
/li liSupport pre-construction, design management, project reviews and continuous improvement activities.
/li liProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
/li /ul h3Candidate Requirements /h3 ul liDegree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
/li liMinimum 5 years' electrical project engineering experience, preferably within Data Centre or complex construction environments.
/li liStrong knowledge of LV and MV electrical systems.
/li liKnowledge of relevant electrical regulations and international standards.
/li liExperience with AutoCAD, Amtech, DIALux and Microsoft Office.
/li liStrong technical, commercial and stakeholder management capability.
/li liExcellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
/li /ul pSimilar bLead and Senior Electrical Engineer /b positions are also available in bCopenhagen, Dresden and other European locations /b.
/p h3Right to Work: EU citizenship or existing Right to Work in the relevant country is required for most positions.
UK and EU Passport holders can be considered for the Copenhagen opportunity.
