About the job Customer Support Agent - Italian Market Relocation
As a Customer Service Advisor for the Italian market, you will handle customer inquiries through inbound calls, chat, and back-office tasks. Responsibilities may vary depending on the project but generally include customer support, issue resolution, answering questions, managing requests, and providing solutions in a professional, empathetic, and results-oriented manner.

- You are a native Italian speaker with advanced business English
- you hold EU Passport or Greek Residence Card
- You have a strong customer focus and always ready to help
- You are highly reliable, adaptable, a fast learner, and you have strong problem-solving skills
- You are able to work in fast-paced environments
- You are a real team player and enjoy working in multicultural environments
