This role offers a unique opportunity to influence customer satisfaction, service excellence, and operational performance on a global scale. /ppYou will work in a highly international environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting the continuous evolution of technical service processes across the organization. /ph3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3h3Lead Global Technical Readiness /h3ulliDrive the worldwide deployment of technical repair processes for new vehicle launches and product upgrades. /liliEnsure readiness of repair procedures, technical documentation, service information, and diagnostic tools.
/liliCoordinate technical training strategies and ensure network preparedness. /liliOversee the implementation and communication of recall and service campaigns across markets. /liliGovern Technical Assistance processes, ensuring alignment on performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ulh3Drive Product Quality Technical Excellence /h3ulliAct as the technical reference point for assigned vehicle platforms and products. /liliProvide expert technical guidance to internal stakeholders and external partners. /liliCollaborate closely with Engineering teams to identify and develop repair solutions for emerging technical issues. /liliSupport critical and escalated cases, including complex field issues and high-impact customer situations. /liliAnalyze feedback from markets and service networks to proactively identify quality trends and improvement opportunities. /li /ulh3Monitor Performance Continuous Improvement /h3ulliTrack and analyze key Aftersales performance indicators across global markets. /liliDrive actions aimed at improving repair effectiveness, service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. /liliPromote best practices and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the technical service network. /li /ulh3WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3ulliMinimum 8 years of experience in Aftersales, Technical Services, Product Support, Technical Assistance, Engineering, Quality, or related automotive functions. /liliProven experience working in international and cross-functional environments. /liliSolid understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics,
repair processes, and technical problem-solving methodologies. /liliStrong technical aptitude and understanding of vehicle design, functionality, diagnostics and repair principles. /liliHands-on experience with aftersales processes such as Technical documentation, Diagnostic tools, Warranty management, Recall and service campaign execution, Technical assistance and Service procedures and workshop operations. /liliGood knowledge of Aftersales systems and tools, including SBOM, Parts Catalogue, Forecasting, Order Management, OBT, Warranty systems and DMS platforms. /liliExperience in Parts Supply Chain processes is considered a strong asset. /liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions. /liliStrong customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service quality. /liliAbility to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple functions and cultures. /liliExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. /liliFluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
