ph3Your tasks /h3ulliTechnical authority responsible for defining broadband optical communication IC architectures and technology Roadmaps /liliDefines architectures for broadband optical communication ICs and provides technical leadership for strategic developments /liliDevelop system and IC architectures /liliTranslate requirements into subsystem specifications /liliLead architecture trade-off analysis /liliSupport implementation teams through development and validation /liliParticipate in customer and technology roadmap discussions /liliGuide engineering teams on architectural decisions /li /ulh3Who we are looking for /h3ulliMSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field /lili15+ years semiconductor IC development experience /liliMultiple successful broadband optical communication IC tape-outs in advanced CMOS nodes /liliBroadband optical communication IC and PHY architectures, including high-speed optical links,



electro-optical interfaces and link-level trade-offs; awareness of layout-dependent effects is an advantage /liliTIA, VCSEL drivers, SerDes, PLL/CDR and ADC/DAC architectures /liliAdvanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI, is required /liliMATLAB, Python and/or system modeling tools /li /ulpams OSRAM is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
