/p pIn this international role, you will support the deployment of the Group Continuous Improvement framework, accelerate digital initiatives, and leverage data and analytics to improve operational performance worldwide.
/p h3Your Role /h3 ul liDrive the deployment and continuous improvement of the Group Quality Continuous Improvement framework across regions and manufacturing plants.
/li liPartner with Quality, Operations, and Digital teams to ensure alignment of improvement initiatives with business priorities.
/li liLead cross-functional collaboration, sharing best practices and supporting local teams in structured problem?solving and project execution.
/li liSupport Smart Factory and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring effective integration with quality and operational processes.
/li liDevelop and maintain global dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to provide visibility on Quality and Continuous Improvement performance.
/li liAnalyze operational and quality data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
/li liContribute to the development of automation, analytics, and AI?based solutions that enhance decision?making and business performance.
/li liDeliver training, coaching, and workshops on Continuous Improvement methodologies, quality tools, and best practices.
/li liSupport capability building across regions to strengthen Continuous Improvement culture and execution.
/li /ul h3Your Experience /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Data Analytics, or a related field.
/li li5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations Excellence, or Digital Transformation environments.
/li liStrong knowledge of quality and problem?solving methodologies, including 8D, FMEA, 5 Whys, Pareto Analysis,
and Root Cause Analysis.
/li liGood understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
/li liExperience managing improvement projects and collaborating with international and cross?functional stakeholders.
/li liStrong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities and experience using business intelligence tools such as QlikSense.
/li liFamiliarity with AI?powered tools and digital technologies supporting analytics, automation, and operational excellence.
/li liBasic programming knowledge (Python, HTML, or similar) to support automation and digital solution development.
/li liExcellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
/li liProactive, results?oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and continuous learning.
/li liFluent English.
/li liAvailability to travel internationally up to 50%.
