bug managementConstant update about progress and deliverable definitionsInterface with suppliers during design developing, integration, optimization and verification phasesQualificationsGood knowledge of laboratory instrumentation (Power meters, Oscilloscopes, ...)Good attitude on problem solving, bugs tracking and regression test managementGeneral knowledge of FMEA, Six Sigma tools and V Model process approach (requirement traceability, test design)Nice to have: HW and SW design working background Power conversion systems experienceEducation: Automation (or similar) Engineering DegreeProfessional experience: Proven strong experience on Induction hobs technology integrationLanguage: Fluency in English and ItalianSoft skills: Communication, result oriented, attitude for teamwork and work under stress conditionsTechnical Skills: Project management basicsEmployment Type: Permanent Contract; Full-TimeNational Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): Metalmeccanici PrivatiMinimum Gross Annual Salary: €45,000The position includes access to an individual or collective variable incentive scheme based on the achievement of predefined performance objectives (KPIs); alternatively, any additional variable compensation components or benefits will be governed by the applicable company policies.
