ppLead the brestaurant team /band help turn every service into a bwelcoming /band battentive /bexperience for our guests. /p pYou will join the Sass Dlacia team with bresponsibility /bfor bcoordinating /brestaurant service, borganising /bthe team and bensuring /bquality and smooth operations. /p ul liCoordinate the restaurant team and organise daily service. /li liSupervise setup, guest reception, service and clearing. /li liWelcome guests and manage requests or service issues. /li liEnsure that company service standards are followed. /li liWork closely with the Kitchen, Bar, Reception and property management teams. /li liCheck the order, cleanliness and organisation of service areas. /li liSupport and train members of the restaurant team.



/li liHelp create a positive and collaborative working environment. /li /ul pA bconfident, dynamic and organised /b person with experience in restaurant supervision or a similar role. /p pA bguest-focused attitude /b, strong communication and borganisational /bskills, bproblem-solving /b abilities and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and during busy periods are essential.
