Studio Manager

LDF Studio is looking for a Studio Manager to work on site at our Milan studio.
We are a creative direction and design studio seeking someone who can take ownership of the studio's daily operations, working closely with the leadership team, managing client relationships and supporting new business development.
The role covers three key areas.
Studio organisation
Coordinate the team's workflow, plan activities and schedules, and oversee priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
Ensure clear communication across the studio and maintain an overview of ongoing projects, anticipating needs and potential challenges.
Client relations
Act as a reliable day-to-day contact for clients, organise meetings, gather requests and feedback, manage communications and coordinate next steps with the team.
Build and maintain relationships with care, precision and an understanding of client needs.
CRM and new business
Manage and update the contact database,



coordinate outreach and follow-up communications, and track responses and opportunities.
Support the leadership team in identifying prospective clients and arranging meetings, ensuring consistency and momentum in business development.
Fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken, is essential, alongside strong organisational skills, autonomy, initiative and excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in a Mac environment and Google Workspace is required, together with familiarity with shared calendars, project management tools and CRM platforms.
Experience in creative studios, agencies or similar environments is valued, as is an interest in design, fashion and contemporary culture.
This role requires working in person at our studio in Milan.
