Do you have experience managing complex changes inhighly regulated Pharma capital projects?
Would you like to play a key role in controllingtime, costs and riskswithin GMP environments?

The Role
You will be involved in strategic pharmaceutical projects, supporting the entirechange control lifecycle, from design through commissioning, qualification and handover.
You will act as the focal point for assessing and governingscope changes, ensuring alignment between project objectives, regulatory constraints and financial discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Lead theend-to-end Change Management process
Assess and consolidate the impact of changes onschedule, cost and risk
GovernChange Review Boardsand supportStage Gate Reviews
Collaborate withProject Controlson budget, schedule and risk registers
Coordinate engineering disciplines (Process, Utilities, HVAC, Automation, CQV, QA)
EnsureGMP/GxP compliance, documentation quality and audit readiness
Prevent scope creep throughvalue engineering and scope containment
Proven ability in thefundamentals of Risk Management
Expert knowledge ofProject Controls and Project Management
Extensive experience inrisk & project management, execution planning, construction management,



scheduling and progress tracking, cost management and value engineering
Strong experience in leadingrisk reduction initiativesand managing outcomes
Requirements
Solid knowledge ofGMP/GxPand pharmaceutical project lifecycles
Experience incapital projectswithin Pharma / Life Sciences
Strong exposure toCommissioning & Qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ)
Good knowledge ofMonte Carlo Analysis software(Acumen, @Risk, Safran, PRA)
Proven ability inRisk Management fundamentals
Ability to evaluate the impact of changes onbudget, schedule and risk
Excellent communication skills towardsenior stakeholders
Structured, detail-oriented and strong decision-making approach
Active VAT registration (Partita IVA)
