We are a multinational company operating in the field of industrial automation and are looking for a technically skilled and customer-oriented professional to join our team in Verona, Italy .

In this role, you will combine your technical expertise with direct customer interaction , supporting our customers before and after the sale and helping them find the right solutions for their applications.

Your Tasks

- Provide technical support to customers during the pre- and post-sales process
- Visit customers across Italy to understand their technical and application requirements




- Analyze and resolve technical and application-related challenges
- Support customers in selecting suitable products and solutions
- Work closely with our existing Technical Department and contribute your expertise to customer projects
- Support the Back Office team with quotations and technical calculations
- Act as a link between customers, the technical team and our international headquarters
- Travel regularly within Italy to meet customers and support projects on site

Your Profile

- Technical diploma, degree or equivalent qualification
- Basic knowledge or experience in industrial automation
- Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
- Ability to understand technical requirements and develop practical solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and a professional, reliable approach
- Willingness to travel throughout Italy
- Good command of English or German to communicate with our international headquarters
