We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with a strong technical background and a product-oriented mindset to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team on an innovative project developed by Startup Bakery.
This role is both hands‑on and strategic: you will guide technical decisions,
coordinate a cross‑functional team (backend, frontend, design, and data), and ensure that business requirements are translated into scalable, high‑quality technical solutions.
Key responsibilities

- Act as the main technical point of contact between business, product, and engineering.
- Translate business needs and product requirements into clear technical architectures and implementation plans.
- Lead and coordinate a cross‑functional team including backend and frontend engineers, a product designer, and a data engineer.
- Define and evolve the overall system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Support the team with hands‑on development and code reviews when needed.
- Drive technical decision‑making, prioritization, and trade‑offs in collaboration with stakeholders.
