Have akey impacton company operations and business, reportingdirectly to the CEO
Develop and maintain relationships withKey Clients
Participate instrategic evolutionof the company's business
Determine bestplan-of-actionfor each client's communication project
Collaboratewith colleagues in the Product Team
Manageandoptimizerunning media campaigns for highest ROI.
Manage an monthly media budget of up to€30,000-€50,000/month.
Negotiateandlaunchmedia buying campaigns.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degreein Economics, Marketing or another field with relevant experience in the online media or advertising industry
At least2-3 years of experiencein online advertising and media buying
Solid understanding of the following platforms:Google Ads, Google Analytics, FacebookAds, LinkedIn Ads
Understanding of digital platforms fortrackingandoptimizationof digital communication campaigns
Strong analytical thinkingand the ability to study data patterns.
Hands on experience with data elaboration and presentation via Excel
Excellent verbal and written command of theItalianandEnglishlanguage
A team–player withpositive attitudeand the ability to work independently.
You have to bepro?active,fast learner,detailed oriented, able to work under stress, comfortable in a fast?paced and dynamic environment
Experience inbudgeting,launchingandmonitoringcampaigns at scale (€10,000s/month)
Robustbusiness,budgetaryandnegotiation skills.
Motivated and results?oriented
Preferred account managementexperience
