Sector: Manufacturing & ProductionReference: Head of IT Operations_SGThe Opportunity:We are supporting an international organization in the search for a Head of IT Operations to lead and continuously improve its global IT infrastructure and operational services.Reporting directly to the Global Head of IT, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, scalability, and performance of the company's IT landscape while leading internal teams and managing strategic technology partners.This is a highly visible leadership role combining technology, service management, people leadership, and infrastructure strategy in a global environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the IT Operations and Infrastructure function on a global scale.Ensure high availability, performance, and security of enterprise IT services.Manage hybrid infrastructure environments across on-premise, private cloud, and public cloud platforms.Oversee networking, cloud services, endpoint management, identity services, and cybersecurity operations.Drive continuous service improvement and operational excellence.Manage external vendors and service providers, ensuring delivery against agreed SLAs.Establish and maintain IT operational processes, including Incident, Problem, Change,
