For the Castel Romano (RM) store, we are looking for:

ADDETTO/A SALA (WAITSTAFF)

YOUR MISSION:

- You will be the reference figure for customer service in the dining room and will accompany them throughout their food and wine journey.

- You will mainly deal with:

- Welcoming customers and seating them in the dining room;

- Taking orders, ensuring that their requests are met;

- Guiding customers in choosing wines and our gastronomic specialties,



promoting Signorvino products;

- Providing table service respecting Signorvino's presentation standards;

- Resetting tables and the operational area;

- Preparing the restaurant dining room for service.
