Hired is seeking an Energy Regulatory Attorney to provide specialized legal counsel on energy sector regulations and compliance matters. The role focuses on federal and state energy laws, including rates, tariffs, and regulatory filings, and supports high-stakes regulatory proceedings for a leading energy client.
You will draft and file regulatory documents, analyze proposed regulations and tariffs, and represent the client in meetings with regulators and industry groups.
