About the TeamAs a leading Chinese cobot export manufacturer, the EMEA region is one of the important regions for Dobot.
The EMEA sales team is expanding and we are looking for team members who will help shape the future of Dobot business success in EMEA.
The key function of this role is to create demand and achieve high win rate on repeat sales through sales development and application consulting work.
This role covers the Italy market.Si assicuri di leggere l'intera descrizione riportata di seguito e di candidarsi immediatamente se è affidabile/a di soddisfare tutti i requisiti.Responsibilities:Identify cobot application opportunities at end users.Develop, maintain, and foster relationships with end users and partners.Coordinate end user visits, make presentations, demonstrate products, support and share application insights.Achieve high repeat sales by ensuring first time end users or key accounts have successful deployments and satisfactory experience with Dobot/ partners.Handle all end users' enquiries/ leads.Co-create lead generation strategy with Regional Head and Marketing.Carry out events to educate the market on cobot applications and generate leads.Gather market intelligence and support with sales forecasting and other reporting materials.Record and maintain all info.
from customer meetings, leads, opportunities, activities etc.Coordinate and participate at bigger events (i.E. conferences, exhibitions).
Who we are looking for:You probably come from a manufacturer or system integration company.Min.
3 years of experience in consulting and selling integrated robotic or industrial solutions to manufacturing customers.Technical knowledge of industrial automation related equipment or systems.Native-level Italian skills required and preferably at an advanced level in English.Good presentation, demonstration and illustration skills.Creative in generating leads and awareness in the market.Has good business acumen and sales development skills.Can alternate between hunting and farming.Goal and team-oriented, willing to work collectively with others to achieve, sales targets, business and personal goals.Expect min. 50% travel activity.Location: Preferrably in Emilia-RomagnaWhy Join UsAt Dobot, our people are humble, intelligent, compassionate and creative.
