/p h3YOU WILL VIBE WITH US /h3 pWe are looking for a bProgram Manager /b to join the bTechnology Department,
/b with the objective of supporting the management and coordination of complex technology transformation programs.
/p pThe role will be responsible for ensuring the end-to-end governance of strategic initiatives impacting multiple systems and business functions, guaranteeing stakeholder alignment, activity monitoring, risk management, and delivery targets.
/p pKey Responsibilities: /p ul liSupport the planning and management of complex technology transformation programs, ensuring coordination across multiple project streams.
/li liCollaborate with Technology and Business teams to translate system evolution needs into structured project initiatives.
/li liMonitor program progress through project KPIs, milestones, and performance indicators.
/li liManage and coordinate program governance activities, ensuring alignment between IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
/li liIdentify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring continuity and effectiveness of delivery.
/li liSupport the definition and implementation of program management frameworks and methodologies within the Technology department.
/li liEnsure coordination across initiatives involving multiple platforms and application systems, particularly in projects related to: digital channel evolution, legacy system modernization, and system/platform integration.
/li liPrepare reporting and monitoring materials for management and program steering committees.
/li /ul h3WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
/li liExperience (approximately 5–10 years) in project/program management roles, preferably within IT or digital transformation environments.
/li liSolid understanding of the dynamics of developing and managing complex, multi-system technology projects.
/li liExperience coordinating both technical and business stakeholders.
/li liFamiliarity with program and project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models).
/li liAbility to define and monitor project KPIs, milestones, and risk management processes.
/li liStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
/li liExperience in digital transformation or legacy system modernization projects.
/li liProject/program management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are a plus.
