The Facility Management Intern will support the Facility Manager in planning, organizing, and completing assigned tasks/projects, in accordance with the budget and the deadlines.
Daily activities will focus on:
- Managing buildings and services relevant to the company's operations: offices, facilities, canteen, security
- Support in defining schedules and procedures for building and facility maintenance
- Support in supervising and ensuring the proper functioning of systems: heating and air conditioning systems, electrical, water, fire protection, gas, and compressed air systems,
and all aspects of facility maintenance
- Support in managing construction sites and sites under construction
- Performing administrative tasks (entering RDA data into the management system)
- Creating reports for budget and consumption analysis
- Drawing with AutoCAD for design
Requirements
- Diploma in Surveyor or Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering/Architecture
- Knowledge of Office and Autocad (mandatory)
- Knowledge of the English language and Italian language for non-native speakers (B2 level)
- Knowledge of REVIT (preferred)
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
