This isn’t a “visit store and take an order” role. This is about impact!
You’ll take ownership of your territory and become a genuine ambassador for Monster in the market – driving distribution, availability, range, visibility and execution across both Modern Trade and Away From Home.
From retail and convenience through to petrol, impulse and food-to-go, you’ll be the person making sure Monster is unmissable across your territory.
The role
You’ll be out in the market every day, building relationships, identifying opportunities and making sure Monster is executed brilliantly wherever the brand is sold.
- Increasing distribution and securing as many relevant SKUs as possible
- Increasing range and ensuring the right assortment across your accounts
- Identifying and resolving out-of-stocks to maximise availability
- Executing promotional activity and NPD launches in-store
- Creating standout execution through POS, displays and merchandising
- Negotiating additional space, secondary placements, displays and cold equipment
- Identifying new outlets, store openings and growth opportunities across your territory
- Feeding back real-time market insight and competitor activity
- Working closely with Sales, Trade Marketing and distributor teams to deliver commercial objectives
Whether working across Modern Trade stores or Away From Home customers, the objective is the same – influence the market,
drive execution and make sure Monster wins at the point of sale.
You’ll bring:
Experience within FMCG, Field Sales, Retail or Merchandising is great, but we’re looking for more than experience on a CV.
Personal drive, ambition and attitude are hugely important.
You’ll need the energy to be out in the market every day, the confidence to build relationships and influence customers, and the motivation to take real ownership of your territory and make things happen.
