Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars. /ppFor our SaviglianoSiteinItalywe are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic /ph3Mission /h3ulliDefines and validate the detailed manufacturing process for a new product. /liliPerform industrial documentation for the project, define industrial master data and set the manufacturing method time. /liliIn serial phase, drive continuous improvement actions and industrialize product and process changes. /li /ulh3Responsibilities /h3ullibDuring specification and preliminary design phases: /bulliBring ideas to the Process Engineer or the PIM to guide product definition in order to improve the product manufacturability and achieve QCD targets. /liliParticipate to the product design reviews when required. /li /ul /lilibDuring detailed design phase and before Serial Go: /bulliParticipate to P-FMEA. /liliParticipate to validation of prototypes if any. /liliRequest tooling when needed and write tooling specifications. /liliDepending on the domain: perform ERP routings, Work Instructions, Inspection Instructions, program for CNC machines. And this ensuring good EHS and ergonomic conditions. /liliPerform work stations task sequencing.
/liliValidate product design and industrialization through FAR and FAI. /liliCalculate precise Method Time. /li /ul /lilibAfter serial Go: /bulliIndustrialize retrofit after engineering changes: Routings, Work Instructions, and tooling. /liliSupport Production to achieve manufacturing QCD targets. /liliParticipate to continuous improvement workshops. (Ex: SWIP) /liliContribute to industrial REX on manufacturing processes. /li /ul /li /ulh3Educational Requirements /h3ulliTechnical education: electrical/mechanical/welding skills /li /ulh3Desired Knowledge / Experience /h3ulliManufacturing experience, preferably in the railway industry. /liliTechnical knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, line balancing. /liliExperience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-up /liliWorking knowledge in Quality, EHS standards and Ergonomics. /liliFamiliar with IS common tools. /liliProcess FMEA, QRQC. /liliTime analysis (MTM, MEK, UAS). /liliConscientious.
