You will manage plant CAPEX projects and work cross-functionally to enhance efficiency, quality, safety, and cost?effectiveness.Your ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and monitor production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement data?driven improvementsSupport preventive and extraordinary maintenance planning and ensure adequate spare parts availabilityCollaborate with HSE on supplier management, documentation, and compliance with safety regulationsParticipate in equipment, machinery, and process validation and support troubleshooting of production and quality issuesAnalyze technical and production KPIs, identify root causes, and drive corrective actionsContribute to maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, including procedures related to safety and environmentDefine technical, quality, and production specifications for new investments and manage CAPEX projects from budgeting to commissioningYour QualificationsBachelor's or Master degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical,
or Electrical/Electronic EngineeringMinimum 5 years of practical experience ideally in PVC compounding or the chemical industrySolid understanding of manufacturing processes, maintenance, and control systemsFamiliarity with PLCs and basic programming logic; knowledge of ISO ***** is a plusStrong analytical and problem?solving skills with a hands?on, shop?floor oriented mindsetProficiency in English (spoken and written) and ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levelsExperience working with ERP/MES systems (preferably SAP) is an advantageWe look forward to receiving your application and inviting you to join our team, where you will agevolazioni from an attractive compensation package with an annual base salary starting at €40K, participation in our Quarterly Incentive Plan (QIP), and daily meal vouchers.INTERESTED?
