* Support to the airports of the Air Dolomiti network concerning the correct application of all company procedures (Ground Operations Manual).
* Monitoring of extra handling costs in order to implement cost-cutting measures during irregularity handling of Air Dolomiti flights.
**Requirements:** * High school diploma or higher * Fluent English (both written and spoken) * Social skills (teamwork, effective communication) * Analytic approach and problem solving * Good IT knowledge (MS Office) * Be motivated, open-minded, target oriented * Availability to work shifts * Willingness to travel frequently for short periods * Airport customer service and/or ramp dispatcher experience would be considered a plus | |br#J-*****-Ljbffr
