Role Description
The M&A; Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in Milan. The associate will support the founders in the end-to-end deal process, including sourcing opportunities, conducting market and target company research, preparing investment materials, and coordinating due diligence activities until deal closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, reviewing business performance and valuation, meeting sellers and advisors and preparing the documentation for investment decisions. The role will collaborate closely with senior leadership and portfolio company management teams to execute transactions and support the post-acquisition phase.

Requirements
Two to four years of relevant M&A; experience gained in investment banking, private equity, transaction services, corporate M&A;, strategic consulting or a similar role.
University degree from a leading university, with strong financial modelling, valuation and financial statement analysis skills.
Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact directly with entrepreneurs, advisors and senior stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to work autonomously, manage multiple workstreams and take ownership in a fast paced environment. xjncmbx
Native level Italian, full business proficiency in English and willingness to travel frequently across Italy.
Remuneration package
Gross annual base salary (RAL): €45,000-€55,000 depending on seniority + Meal vouchers
