From Contract Drafting to Product Strategy: The Dual-Track Responsibilities

The role is deliberately hybrid—both in work-location and in function.



On one side, you'll handle traditional corporate duties: drafting partnership agreements, reviewing vendor contracts, and ensuring compliance with EU regulations. On the other, you'll sit at the product table, advising engineers and designers on intellectual-property safeguards, data-privacy implications of new features, and the legal nuances of AI-driven functionalities.
- Contractual Mastery: Negotiate and finalize SaaS, licensing, and distribution agreements across 30+ jurisdictions.
- Data-Privacy Leadership: Conduct GDPR impact assessments, draft privacy policies, and liaise with the Data Protection Officer.
