Overview
As a Project Manager in Turner & Townsend’s Real Estate Hospitality team, you lead end-to-end project delivery for complex hospitality projects in Italy, interfacing with clients to meet time, cost and quality targets. You shape project strategy, governance, and planning, guiding cross-functional teams and managing performance through KPIs. You will steward change control, finances, and communications, ensuring alignment with client objectives and overarching company goals. Responsabilità
- Lead project management commissions and end-to-end service delivery for large/complex projects
- Be the day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives are met and targets achieved
- Advise at project conception on approaches to achieve objectives
- Establish overall success criteria (time, cost,
technical, performance)
- Plan and manage quality, safety, health, and environment issues
- Establish governance, processes, and systems for the project
- Produce detailed project plan and manage resources procurement
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams
- Monitor performance management using KPIs to improve outcomes
- Manage change control and project finances
- Oversee project information flow and regular client meetings and communications
- Produce formal project progress reports and interface with clients and consultants at all stages
Requisiti fondamentali
- 4 to 10 years’ experience in real estate projects, ideally hospitality
- Proven track record delivering high-quality PM services across full project lifecycle
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Degree in civil engineering, architecture or similar
