In this role you will partner with European leaders to define hiring needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions. You will lead end-to-end processes, from role definition to offer management, while building strong candidate relationships and driving inclusive experiences. You’ll use labour market intelligence to shape sourcing and continuously improve recruitment practices. Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools and ways of working
Significant experience in full-cycle recruitment
Ability to act as a trusted talent acquisition partner
Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capabilities
Confidence working with senior stakeholders
Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics
