Product Owner

PNO Digital is seeking a senior, structured, and technically minded Product Owner to support the evolution of our internal and client-facing software ecosystem. You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, internal users, and technical teams, gathering requirements, shaping product direction, and ensuring effective delivery.
This is a central role within the organisation, requiring strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and the ability to collaborate across several technical and business units in Rome.
What are you going to do?
To ensure the continuous advancement and effective use of PNO Digital’s software tools by collecting and structuring requirements, guiding product development, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver impactful, user-centric solutions. You will contribute with new insights, help map existing tools, and identify opportunities for optimisation.
Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for selected PNO Digital software tools.
Gather, analyse,
and translate business requirements into structured user stories and specifications.
Prioritise the backlog based on data, business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between stakeholders and development teams.
Collaborate closely with technical project managers to design and validate solutions.
Monitor product performance, usage metrics, and user feedback to drive improvements.
Coordinate rollouts, documentation, onboarding, and internal adoption initiatives.
Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
