Job Summary
Junior controller supports financial controlling activities through reporting, data analysis, and business performance monitoring. Assists in the budgeting and forecasting process, contributes to management reporting, and collaborates with different functions to support informed business decisions and continuous process improvement
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain weekly management reports, including orders, revenue, pricing, inventory;
- Support the monthly closing process and the preparation of management accounts;
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities;
- Develop, maintain,
and improve SAP-based reports and performance dashboards;
- Analyze data available in Business Intelligence tools and provide insights to management;
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Supply Chain, Pricing, Sales teams on inventory control and stock reduction initiatives;
- SGA spend analysis.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Economics;
- Previous experience in Accounting/Controlling, Audit;
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
- Understanding of accounting principles and revenue recognition concepts;
- SAP knowledge is considered a plus; experience with BI tools is an advantage (QLIK).
- Good understanding of financial and operational reporting;
- Good knowledge of English
