Role Overview
As a guest experience host you will ensure every guest feels cared for, balancing online communication with face‑to‑face interactions at the property.
Key Responsibilities
- manage guest inquiries through phone, email and whatsapp, handling booking modifications, local recommendations and any issues.
- provide a seamless service experience across all touchpoints, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- welcome guests in person, guide them through check‑in and create a warm, memorable atmosphere.
- become an expert on the property and its surroundings, offering personalized tips and recommendations.
- resolve guest requests and emergencies efficiently, thinking quickly to find solutions.
- collaborate closely with colleagues to guarantee smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
- passion for hospitality and genuine enjoyment of interacting with people.
- strong communication skills in english and italian; additional languages are a plus.
- comfortable using communication tools such as email, whatsapp and booking systems.
- problem‑solving mindset and ability to handle challenging situations with grace.
- team‑player attitude and willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
