What you will do:

As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for all activities related to:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating domestic and international commercial contracts;
Legal support for corporate functions and bidding procedures;
Assistance with extraordinary transactions, M&A;, and due diligence;
Management of disputes, claims, and potential litigation;
Assessment of legal and contractual risks;
Coordination of law firms and external consultants;
Improvement and digitization of legal processes.
Who you are:
Master's degree in Law with:
At least 3 years of experience at law firms or in corporate legal departments;
Experience in commercial contracts, preferably in the technology, energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors;
Knowledge of commercial and corporate law;
Experience in M&A;, due diligence, and, preferably, public contracts and tenders;
Admission to the bar is considered a plus;
Excellent command of English.
