Main Tasks

- Manage customer service (CS) project activities from offer to execution, including variation orders, training, and on-site support.
- Prepare and present refurbishment and technical service offers, especially for obsolete or third-party product replacements.
- Act as the primary interface with customers for technical issues, claims, and support requests.
- Coordinate internally (R&D;, system engineering, production, repair teams) to resolve issues and ensure project delivery.
- Support sales in refurbishment projects and provide technical input for customer solutions.
- Contribute to obsolete product management in collaboration with product management and other stakeholders.
- Deliver training sessions or perform on-site investigations when required.
- Communicate project status and updates to customers, internal teams, and management.
Requirements

- Engineering degree in the domain of electricity, telecommunications, industrial, mecanical or similar; or alternatively, an extensive experience in the railway sector in a similar role in a customer service environmen
