Role Overview
The Technical Manager is responsible for leading and managing all technical streams across InterSystems implementation engagements, including system build and configuration, integration, data migration, outputs and reporting, and solution customization. The role provides end-to-end technical governance across TrakCare and HealthShare implementations, ensuring that solutions are delivered to agreed timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.
The Technical Manager acts as the senior technical authority on projects and a trusted advisor to customers, working effectively with senior clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders. The role combines deep technical expertise with strong customer-facing skills, business acumen, and the ability to operate credibly with high-standing clients. The position i
