ppTo lead our Front Office, we are looking for a warm, confident, and inspiring Reception Manager (m/f/d) who, together with the team, embodies our philosophy of genuine, personalized hospitality. /p h3Your Tasks /h3 ul liManaging all operational processes in the front office /li liOrganizing daily operations at the front desk /li liTeam leadership /li liWarmly welcoming guests upon check-in and check-out /li liGuest support and communication /li liQuality assurance and quality control /li liComplaint management /li liMonitoring the preparation and updating of various programs/lists /li liSmooth communication and collaboration with various departments /li liTraining of new employees /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liCompleted vocational training in the hospitality industry /li liSeveral years of professional experience in a comparable position in the upscale hospitality industry /li liVery good knowledge of English, Italian, and German /li liASA-J certification is a plus /li liComputer and IT skills (Microsoft Office suite)
