Today, Saint Laurent collections include women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarvesJob DescriptionROLEAs the Operations Manager Southern Europe, you will contribute to increasing our stores turnover by ensuring that all processes comply with internal requirements, sustainability and stock organization. You will report to the General Manager Southern Europe, functional line to EMEA Operations.MISSIONWork with Southern Europe store management and their team supporting their operations day-to-day activities;
Ensure the brand policies and procedures are implemented and respected;
Monitor the customer service offer to deliver excellent experience and to ensure consistency across all stores;
Manage and control the regional stock shrinkage by location, take corrective measures as necessary;
Plan, execute, and follow up on omni-channel features rollouts in the region;
Prepare and follow-up with monthly/annual inventories in order to ensure a smooth product turn-over and allocation of space;
Manage mantainence suppliers and their contractsLead all the operations activities for new projects such as new openings, relocations,
seasonal opening/closureWorks with H&S; to implement and improve H&S; regulations within the StoresPROFILE Significant experience of minimum 5 years in retail operations in a fast-paced environment with luxury retail background;
Significant experience in managing stock and administrative tasks;
Excellent project management skills ;
Excellent English skillsboth written and verbal. Spanish is a plus.MS Office skills;
