This role bridges strategy and execution by implementing standard and consistent HR processes, assessing when tailored local solutions are required, and delivering a high-quality employee experience. The role partners closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and data-driven HR operations.ResponsibilitiesImplement and optimize HR operational processes across EMEA, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with local adaptationsManage HR data governance, reporting, and analysis to support workforce planning and decision-makingPartner with Finance and stakeholders to deliver headcount, cost analysis, and HR insightsOversee payroll coordination with local vendors, ensuring accuracy and timelinessManage end-to-end HR operations (onboarding, lifecycle changes, vendor management,

HR systems)Support employee experience initiatives, engagement, and HR system implementationsExperience and Skills Minimum 6+ years of experience in HR (HR Operations / Generalist roles)Solid experience across EMEA with knowledge of multi-country labor practices and compliance (incl.
